Glenburn Darjeeling Autumn Oolong Tea (2021 Harvest)
Our speciality Darjeeling oolong is made in very small batches towards the close of the season, using only our most experienced tea pickers. The cup complex, fruity and sweet. The ultimate "whole leaf" tea, the leaf remains intact and unbroken right through to the infusion. The leaves are lightly oxidised, giving a light amber cup with sweet floral high notes and a long finish with hints of jasmine, peach and apricot. Expertly made, this exquisite tea is a fine balance of smooth taste and flavour.

A smooth, medium-heavy mouthfeel. The taste is complex and fruity with hints of berry and sweet honey. Dry Leaf Appearance: The stylish long leaf is very gently rolled and the hue is coppery. Wet Leaf Aroma: Roasted and woody. Liquor: Light amber.
How To Brew
3-4g tea 200ml (7 fl-oz) water 95°C (200°F) 3-5 minutes
